Service Coordination assists individuals and families to identify needs, obtain services and coordinate benefits. Individual choice is promoted and consumer satisfaction is monitored by qualified Service Coordinators.

TeleRide is a transportation service that arranges and coordinates round-trip transport to day programs, recreational and educational activities and special outings. Quality of service is routinely monitored.

Financial support is provided to individuals and families for approved items and services.

Residential Habilitation services offer in-home assistance and care to individuals of all ages who need to improve their daily living skills, maintain abilities and carry over skills learned in school or other day programs. Residential habilitation provides much-needed support to families whose members benefit from additional training.

After-school services are provided two afternoons weekly to school-age children. Assistance with homework is offered, in addition to recreational activities that include sports, games, arts and crafts.The children arrive at the center directly from school, and transportation home is provided.
