DIRECT CARE

Assistant Resident Manager
2 Full-Time positions available, Sun–Thurs 4:00pm–12:30 pm, and Tues–Sat 12–8:30pm. Supervise direct care staff, prepare staffing schedules, direct daily activities, ensure well-being of consumers at all times. One-year supervisory experience in a residential setting required, and two years of college. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Habilitation and Resident Assistants
IMMEDIATE OPENINGS in a Residential setting and Day Program. Assist individuals with daily living skills and community orientation. HS Diploma required and driver's license preferred. Desire to work with Developmentally Disabled adults. PART TIME AND FULL TIME WEEK DAY AND WEEKEND POSITIONS AVAILABLE. Prior experience a plus.

Service Coordinator
Assess and advocate the needs of developmentally disabled individuals for medical, social, educational & other services. Bachelor’s Degree plus 1 year Human Services experience. Good organizational, verbal & written communication skills required. Reliable vehicle and driver’s license required.

Job Coach
Full Time position available 35 hrs per week, Mon.–Fri. 9–4:30pm Assess individual to prepare them for employment. Ensure that they learn the job. Act as liaison with employer/individual. Visit job site, observe, monitor & document goals. Two years of college or two years of related experience in Human Services. Must have a valid driver's license and own a vehicle.

CLINICAL

Nutritionist
P/T position available 5–10hrs per week. Provide Nutritional Assessment of each individual and develop strategies to ensure appropriate meals and nourishment to the individuals. Design a substitution menu in conjunction with the master menu. Responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual assessment of each individuals dietary management plan. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree with a major in food and nutrition, and must be registered by the American Dietetic Association, or have the equivalent of such training and experience.

RN
IMMEDIATE OPENING for an RN to attend to special medical/health needs of adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Under the supervision of a Nursing Supervisor, RN will be responsible for the overall administration of files/records, medication management, routine nursing services, identification & assessment of health problems. Two positions available, PT 20hrs 5 days per week flexible hours, and PT 2hrs per week flexible hours. Must be duly licensed as an RN in New York State. Salary is negotiable. Will be “on-call.”

ADMINISTRATION

Development Associate
FT position available, Mon–Fri, 9–5pm This position provides outstanding opportunity to work in fundraising and special events in a Development Office. This position is project oriented and assists in the writing and development of fundraising materials as well as the implementation of special events and direct marketing campaigns. Research, analyze and maintain donor and foundation prospect information with fundraising database. This position creates and generates department related reports, maintains website and produces agency’s quarterly newsletter.  

Bachelor’s degree required with related not for profit experience preferably in fundraising, possess excellent writing & interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail. Computer savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, graphic design experience a plus. All applicants must posses a driver’s license and own vehicle.
